untinypng.com and untinyjpg.com : Online image upscalers for improving image resolution.
rayzoome.com : An AI-driven resume builder, re-templater, anonymizer, and bulk job description-resume scorer for professional resume creation and optimization.

The Services are provided "as is" and subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment and Pricing

Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 5 (No Guarantees or Refunds).
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect existing subscriptions or pre-paid services until renewal.

5. No Guarantees or Refunds

No Guarantees: We do not offer any guarantees or warranties regarding the performance, uptime, or results of the Services,including nll.ink , 000form.com , pixxx.in , pdfthisthat.com , untinypng.com , untinyjpg.com and rayzoome.com , except as expressly stated in these Terms. The Services are provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties.
No Refunds: All payments for the Services are non-refundable, except in cases of a verifiable error or malfunction in the Services directly attributable to 172 Tech.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the issue is due to an error or malfunction on our part, we may, at our option, provide a refund, credit, or correction of the issue. Any refund or credit is limited to the amount paid for the affected Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services or their underlying infrastructure.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including nll.ink , 000form.com , pixxx.in , pdfthisthat.com , untinypng.com , untinyjpg.com and rayzoome.com , and related software, APIs, documentation, and materials, are owned by 172 Tech or its licensors.

You must not misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Services or their underlying infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 172 Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments remain due.
